MAT Holding and Bayer agree to the transfer of the plant health facility that the German multinational has in Valencia

The operation responds to the strategic commitment of the Spanish multinacional MAT Holding, led by Pau Relat, to diversify its portfolio of biorational and phytosanitary products.
The agreement includes operational continuity of the factory with guaranteed employment for a year and a half from the date of the transfer, which will be completed on June 1, 2024.
