MatHolding<\/strong>, the global industrial group specialising in sustainable and efficient solutions for agriculture and water management, has incorporated ModpoW AgriTechnologies as a strategic partner in the agronomic direction of CERESTIA, the group\u2019s agricultural business division. The agreement also includes MatHolding taking a minority stake in ModpoW.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ModpoW<\/strong> is a precision agronomy advisory firm: it combines diagnostics, technology and technical support to make real-time adjustments based on soil, climate and crop growth conditions. Founded in 2010 in Barcelona, the company has a team of 17 led by Agronomy Director Joan Torrents, together with Business Directors Alex Roca and Jordi Barcel\u00f3, and operates across the Iberian Peninsula, France, Morocco and the United States.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With this partnership, CERESTIA<\/strong> adds an expert in agronomy to strengthen its strategy as an integrated ecosystem of solutions for the efficient and sustainable management of farms, in a context where there is a growing need to produce more \u2013 and better \u2013 with fewer resources.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

CERESTIA <\/span>was<\/span> created<\/span> in 2025 <\/span>from<\/span> the<\/span> strategic<\/span> union<\/span> of<\/span> MatHolding\u2019s<\/span> agricultural<\/span> businesses<\/span>, <\/span>drawing<\/span> on<\/span> 90 <\/span>years<\/span> of<\/span> experience<\/span> in <\/span>agriculture<\/span> and <\/span>with<\/span> the<\/span> ambition<\/span> of<\/span> transforming<\/span> the<\/span> future <\/span>of<\/span> the<\/span> sector.
